Its been a while since i did round in Western Kenya and this time round i had to do the Mt.Elgon way and it was a worthy challenge right from Kuywa Centre off Kimili-Chwele Road i took an unfamiliar Road straight up to Cheptonon on a zone with NO road-Actually its a rock outcrop that full of 30cm rocks.
Next was challenge was ascending from Kapsokwony-Chwele Road to Kipsikirok and Sende Centres precisely there is no road up hill but one Good thing kids are friendly and the residents are super receptive.

The next Turn we were at 2800M ASL and the breeze was super awesome that's at the bend to Chebiuk.We now did a Southward Western drive back to Kopsiro.
The ultimate goal was getting to the beautiful scenery at 2800M ASL
